I know there are a lot of fad diets out there, but which one seems to work for you? Are there any that you would recommend in particular?
I've noticed that if I take a vitamin supplement, I gained weight so I have since stopped taking supplements and rely on the food I eat for the nutrients that my body needs. Since I'm not malnourished or anything, the doctor said I don't need to take any extra supplements.I've tried a couple of diets lately but so far they're not working, I think since its a healthy balanced diet it is helping me gain more weight. Plus I guess sleeping late or not enough is adding to the reason why I'm gaining more weight. I remembered someone said that sleeping less than 6hours can lead to people gaining weight. The only way I can lose weight is by doing moderate exercise daily. I'm thinking of taking swimming lessons if not belly dancing![]()

I've also heard that sleeping too little can lead to weight gain because I think if you're not sleeping, you'll be eating. That is why you gain weight. Belly dancing is an interesting and fun activity to do to lose weight. I should try that too. LOL.
