Loosing weight quickly isn't wise. Take fruits and vegetables which has lot of water content like watermelons, cucumbers and white pumpkin.Aerobic exercise like jogging, swimming, cycling, running accelerates weight loss. Finally, weight loss is a slow process, so do not get disappointed and give up.

I agree with the poster. These are the actually the real reasons of carrying bally having fat, but I do not like to tell anything about the reasons of bally fat instead I would like to tell something how to reduce it in effective ways.

In-fact here is no single, belly busting food in order to reduce fat. The wealth of scientific evidence suggests a calorie controlled diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, beans, nuts, seeds, lean meat, fish, eggs and poultry is the foundation for a diet that can provide all the nutrients for good health and help whittle your waistline.

Normal weight loss targets belly fat, so, for many people, the best strategy to lose weight is with a calorie-controlled healthy diet and by exercising at least an hour a day.

Keep in mind that if you try to lose your weight quickly then it would be the most unwise decision and it would bring devastating result in your body.
