Bro u are an ECTOMORPH man u should be taking Weight Gainers instead of Hydrowhey and take casein protein at night to prevent catabolism. Bro try to take Muti-vit they are the best investment most of us are Vit/Mineral Deficiency without knowing.

A question bro do u really feel the "pump" feeling after u take creatine?? for me i dun have extra pump but i notice i have longer endurance thou..

hahahah yeah man i tried weight/mass gainers before but felt it was too sweet :( don't really feel comfortable eating it. i guess one solution to counter all these catabolism is just eat more hahaha.

yes i do feel more "pump". especially significant after few mins of lifting weights compared to "pre entering gym" state. this is so after consuming creatine for some time

lol u dun like sweet stuff!! omg.. how i wish i have ur body type! lol any way which brand have u try before for the mass gainers? u cant possibly that much amount of food through out the day, 1 scoop is 600-700 cal @.@! and haveing more meals does not work for u also only make u burn more ....

@Jay not really that i don't like sweet stuff. hahaha. it's more that i feel the mass gainers taste kind of weird, it's super sweet but there is this weird taste. maybe it's just my preference. i guess only need to spam food when bulking, more rice, bread, etc can do the job for me!

i stopped consuming protein powder for a couple of months now and it work fine for me, there are still gains.

only thing i take now is creatine. effing magic powder lol....
instead of taking protein i just drink 1L of milk on days i work out.

Is there a big difference between hydrowhey and the normal whey? isnt whey just whey?
I think hydrowhey is the fastest absorbing form of protein according to NO?? correct me if i am wrong? lol? i rmb they are quite costly....:(

ya thats what they claim!!! but i thought whey in itself is alr like one of the fastest and most absorbing protein around.
its like the hydrowhey is just another way the protein makers wanna earn ur hard earned $$

@Lucy no la when I looked at the powder is much finer that normal whey I believes it work wonders especially taking post workout where your bodies has a window period to absorb 60g which is twice of the amount that your body normally can absorb.
