If you do, what kind of protein powder do you use and why?
I use GNC's pro performance 100% whey protein. I bought it because it was available at IMM and I heard good things about it online. I'm thinking of getting Myotein's protein powder. Has anybody heard about that? Thanks.

Rule of thumb : Do not purchase products from GNC because they rip holes in yo wallet.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard stacked with Optimum Nutrition Casein.

Personally I feel it depends on what kind of protein you are looking for. Say for whey, there are often not much huge differences between brands.

Damn I still remember buying that GNC's pro performance 100% whey protein a few years back. Not really worth it. The serving for that price. Plus didn't really like the taste at all.

Well I actually still buy honey from GNC. Lol.

I have ISO 100 purchased in bulk bags rather than the tubs you buy off the shelf, it is zero carbs, good protein content, good taste and cheap :) and most importantly doesn't contain anything I am allergic to. I only make use of it if I am low on protein from real food for the day but still need to buy it in bulk because the whole family uses it (myself, my husband and my three teenage boys)

Well depends on what you want. Myotein is more than just plain whey protein... It contains a buckload of other substances. For me I prefer to have my whey protein being as "pure" and "clean" as possible without other third party substances. I have a personal belief that it does more harm than good.
