It will be less boring to workout with someone.
I usually find it easier to keep motivated when doing some exercises or workout with friends. And also doing workout in places that have good views such as in the park or in the gym with lots of good workout equipments.
family members and partners in life are also good to be workout partners.

It's good to have a workout partner. Your partner can serve as a spotter for you and provides some form of accountability for times when you get too lazy to hit the gym ahhaaha.

but it is the problem when you tend to spend plenty of time talking to your friend in the gym instead of working out. For a single partner, i guess this is not too much of a problem. But when you work out with a group of friends, you may end up spending alot of time talking and catching up. Sometimes if you share the bench press or power rack with a group of friends, you may spend alot of time waiting too. This might hinder your workout efficiency.

I prefer working out in the gym where there is people but I don't know them. I am usually a talker so if I bring someone I know I usually just keep talking and won't shut up haha. Music is a great tool when I need motivation.

Workout partners r important because a spotter is important especially towards the final few reps. Usually if I hit the gym alone, I'll approach strangers and ask for spot assistance for those work sets. And of course return the favor

I've been working out with a friend for a small while now, certainly makes it much easier and enjoyable to have a friend there.

I find a spotter more necessary for exercises like bench press and squats. You will not know if you can complete those final reps. A spotter can provide the confidence for you to go all out during those final reps. I usually do the bench press only if I can get a spotter, be it a friend or instructor in the gym or a random dude.

I find it hard to find a partner. A lot of people say they want to do it, but then end up not committing. Sometimes you just have to motivate yourself, which I don't mind doing. In the end, you're the only one responsible for your health.

Having a workout partner is vital, especially for someone like me. I'm seriously lazy, and I manage to come up with the silliest of excuses to avoid the gym. I therefore need somebody to really push me. But ideally you shouldn't be dependent on a gym partner, the drive should come from within.
